First of all, thanks for the links.
Then a correction about the link classified as "European Commission". As you can read in the footer of the site eugdpr.org, this is not an official EU Commission or Government resource but an educational portal (and may I add "marketing") published by a company. The information available there can be useful but are not from the EU commission.
